Eugene Computers offers full service upgrades and repairs along with custom builds. Data recovery, virus and malware removal, OS updates, and more. We stock a large variety of parts for any custom build and most upgrades — memory, hard drives, SSDs, video cards, I/O cards, USB adapters, optical drives, motherboards, and processors, just to name a few.

Flat rate for most repairs: $85 plus parts.
Includes full virus & malware scan and operating system updates. Reduced rates are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Desktops

Most desktop repairs are turned around within two to three business days on average — often less. Please bring just the computer, along with any offending software including license keys or serial numbers.

Laptops

We stock memory, traditional hard drives, and solid state drives compatible with most systems. Additional parts like keyboards, screens, hinges, lids, and LCD cables are typically special order. All special order parts are subject to the seller's shipping time — usually within one week, though international sourcing can occasionally take several weeks.

Please bring your power cord along with the laptop.

Special Form Factor PCs

All-in-Ones and other mini PCs: if your PC uses a power brick rather than a standard three-prong cord, please bring it along. When in doubt, bring whatever you think you might need!

Data Recovery

Certain data recovery tasks — such as electrical or mechanical drive failure — cannot be done in-house. In those cases we partner with trusted data recovery specialists and can provide guidance and referrals.
